Everyone in Sainikpuri, Yapral, AS Rao Nagar and ECIL knows the 10 PM problem: the craving arrives exactly when the shutters come down. QnQ Cafe was built backwards from that moment — the grill lights up at 7 PM and keeps going till 11:30 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.
This is not a leftover-counter operation. The full menu runs all evening: loaded hotdogs like Between My Buns, fried chicken over loaded fries, grilled platters with cheesy mash, omelets, quesadillas — and pork, which almost nobody else in the city grills at midnight-adjacent hours.

We're on Defence Colony Road, Maker's Best Lane, Sainikpuri — look for the tree wrapped in lights and the smell of char. Ten minutes from AS Rao Nagar, fifteen from ECIL X Roads and Malkajgiri. Open-air tables, night breeze, food that arrives hot enough to argue with.
QnQ Cafe on Defence Colony Road, Sainikpuri is open Tuesday to Sunday from 7 PM to 11:30 PM, serving its full menu — loaded hotdogs, platters, fried chicken, omelets, pork dishes and weekend biryani.
