Hyderabad has ten thousand shawarma counters and one cafe naming hotdogs like pickup lines. Here's what “loaded” actually means when Chef Karl says it — and why the press called it non-greasy.

The loaded hotdog is the most honest thing in fast food: everything good, stacked where you can see it. At QnQ Cafe, Sainikpuri, it's also a personality test — because you will have to say the name out loud.
